So, what’s on your summer wishlist and what items have been flying off the shelves in preparation for the summer season? Unable to restrain our curiosity, we grabbed our camera and took to the streets once again to find out!

What was your last purchase? A pair of diamante gladiator sandals and bikini bottoms!

Where from and how much? My shoes were from Russell and Bromley and the bikini bottoms from www.pistolpanties.com – it was all of my pocket money planned for my holiday in Ibiza!

Favourite website? Although I’m probably too old and a late comer to it, I’m just getting to grips with www.myspace.com.

What item is on your wish list? A pink Asprey A4 portfolio folder, it’s on my birthday list.

Your favourite designers? Balenciaga, Diane Von Furstenberg and Vivienne Westwood.

What are you listening to at the moment? Sia - Lady Croissant album, she’s the lead vocalist from Zero 7 and has an amazing voice.

Maxi dress yes or no? Mmmm......possibly on the beach in Ibiza over my bikini bottoms, but if i'm honest I have flashbacks to when I was 5 and was forced to where them to birthday parties!

What was your latest purchase? A black dress and two pairs of going out shoes.

Where from and how much? £80 and £120 for the shoes in Dune and the dress was £40 pounds at Zara.

Impulse or planned? Impulse, I shop like that most of the time.

What are you listening to at the moment? Mutya Buena.

What item is on your wish list? A large Chloe or Burberry handbag would do very nicely.

Worst fashion faux pas? A pair of white plastic boots that were cut between the calf and the knee with a big buckle on the front.

What is the best piece of advice you have been given? Things that I’ve read such as ‘the bigger your life the smaller your fear’ ‘neediness is a prime destroyer of love’ and ‘not to worry, not to fret all is well but not just yet’.

Favourite high street designers? Zara and French Connection.

Maxi dress yes or no? I’ve got one for the beach to wear with flip flop type sandals, a little ankle bracelet and a pedicure… lovely!

What was your latest purchase? Peep-toed, wedge heeled shoes and a handbag.

Where and how much? £25 for the bag in Wallis and the shoes were in the sale for £9.99 in Gap.

Impulse or planned? I needed the shoes for an outfit to wear at the races to go with a Karen Millen dress and bolero - the wedge heel was ideal and the handbag was then bought to match.

What item is on your wish list? New pair of jeans and a pair of sunglasses which I’ll be getting this weekend as I’m off to Dublin!

Favourite designers? John Galliano, D&G and Ralph Lauren.

Where do you get your inspiration from? mmmm lots of things fashion mags such as Vogue and Tatler, fashion TV, people and places, I like to people-watch.

What is the best piece of advice you have been given? Honesty is always the best policy.

Maxi dress yes or no? Yes, I plan on getting one for holiday, I’ve seen a beautiful one in Roberta, which is a boutique in town but it’s a little too expensive for the beach at £125.

Fashion faux pas? Sausage perm in the 80’s and I once bought a pair of linen trousers and the cut was all wrong-I looked like a man!

How much and from where? Both were from Jane Norman at £25 and £32 pounds.

What has been your worst faux pas? A pair of black and white checked three quarter length trousers.

Where do you get your fashion inspiration from? Magazines such as Cosmopolitan and Elle.

Maxi dress yes or no? No, doesn’t suit me and ‘pregnant’ comes to mind!

What’s the best advice you’ve been given? Do not wear anything too tight.

Favorite fashion labels? Jane Norman and Primark, I like to mix them both.
